Sacred Feminine – Regaining Sacred Space And Peace

There is peace in this special space, the center between The Sacred Feminine and the concept of Male Dominated Spirituality.

Peace is always in the middle, and as I learn more and more about my spiritual path and my own connection to divinity, that is exactly where I found, sacred space lies. In the middle, between the contrast, when the pendulum stops to rest in its natural, undisturbed state.

But because it rarely is still, being pulled all too often often in the direction of the male divine, there is no calm, and we have to pull from the other side. We can not approach this disarray and disruption of natural peace by standing in the middle, hoping that we are not run over by its force, which of course we already know we are and will continue to be.

So as Sacred Feminine Beings, an extension of the Female Deity, our Mother, we are obligated to pull back, until our strength equals the force of those on the other side, and then we can both let go.

And breathe.

And find peace in the embrace of the duality that is the ultimate reality of it all.

1. Give up complaining- formulate action statements instead
We all do it – from time to time. But let’s be honest, when was the last time you have complained  and as a result, positive change occurred? I guess that you will be hard pressed to find an actual occurrence of that happening. So, why are we continuing to do it? Sharing your complaint can temporary make you feel better, but it will not bring about the lasting change you are looking for.
Instead, learn to change your complaint statements into action statements, by adding a little more to your thought than before.
Here is an example of what I mean:
“I wish my co- worker would respect other people’s space more.”
Instead of leaving it like that, change it to “I wish my co-worker would respect other people’s space more, and I am going to politely ask her to do so, next time she does it again.
Whether you follow through on your statement or not, you have begun to train yourself to look for solutions whenever a problem occurs, rather than just stating a complaint. Now a complaint can become an agent of change.
2. Give up trying to impress others – become clear about what you want for yourself
This decision to give up the need to impress others has  a profound impact on your financial well-being and  an essential step to take to reach your  personal and financial success. Do you really need that latest gadget or this particular designer that is in style, or are you only purchasing it, you can be seen with it.  Make sure your motivations for purchases and decision are that of serving you – not the impression you give to others. The most important step to giving up excuses is to know why you want a different experience in you life.  Without a compelling reason, there is hardly any chance for long-term change, as it is the reason behind a goal, not willpower that pushes us through to the end, even when it gets hard. If your goals do not have a compelling reason, adjust your goals until you find what excites you for a good reason, rather than a momentary whim.
5. Give up the past – visualize your ideal future instead
In order to learn to let go off the past, one has  to learn to be truly present in the present.
This sounds too simple to be true, yet it is the most powerful truth you can embrace when it comes to overcoming a difficult past – focusing on the moment. Mindfulness meditations, gratitude practice, and breathing exercises can move your thoughts from being stuck in what used to be, toward what is right now, forcing you to connect with the only moment of power – the present moment. Practicing those techniques regularly as a part of your morning and/or evening routine, makes it easier to engage in the now, and create lasting change. Visualizing your goals on a regular basis, is an important part of this new directing your thoughts, and gives you a chance to practice the emotional vibration of the state of your desires. Combining both techniques will after time ease the stronghold of past times over your life, and you will create an overall healthier and happier future.
